JAMIE MCGEECHAN

Jamie McGeechan is an award-winning Scottish singer-songwriter based in St. Louis, Missouri. Inspired by the sounds of John Martyn, Ray LaMontagne, Damien Rice, and David Gray, Jamie blends heartfelt lyrics with soulful vocals rooted in folk, acoustic, and Americana traditions.

Raised in Ayrshire, the land of Robert Burns, Jamie has shared stages with Damien Rice, Joan Armatrading, Dougie MacLean, and Eddi Reader. His album Midnight Kingdom was nominated for Scottish Album of the Year, and he made history recording Burns songs live inside the poet’s cottage.

Jamie has performed at major festivals across the US, UK, and Australia, with appearances on BBC Radio 1, BBC Radio 2, and BBC Alba. Whether solo or as Little Fire, his music resonates with emotional depth and timeless storytelling.
